Governing Law

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia in the United States without regard to conflicts of law provisions.  Any action or proceeding regarding or related to this Agreement or your use or visitation of the mobile i Go Sites must be brought in the state or federal courts of Georgia, and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to This Agreement

mobile i Go reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time for any reason without prior notice or communication. Your decision to continue to access, visit and make use of the Sites after such changes have been made constitutes your formal and complete acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.  It is you, the user’s responsibility to check and review this Agreement for any possible changes every time you access, visit or make use of the Sites.

This Agreement represents the complete agreement between any user or visitor of the mobile i Go Sites and mobile i Go. and supersedes all prior agreements and representations between these parties.  If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable for any reason, that provision exclusively shall be reformed only to the necessary extent to make it enforceable.  And all other terms and provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.  Any failure on the part of mobile i Go to act with respect to any breach of this Agreement by you, the user or visitor of the Sites, does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit mobile i Go's rights with respect to enforcing any such breach or any subsequent breaches.

Should you not agree to any provision or portion of this Agreement or any changes or updates made to this Agreement at any time for any reason, we ask and advise that you discontinue your use of and cease to visit or access any of the mobile i Go Sites immediately.
